SCUMSUCK is an art duo based in North Carolina. We create art based on schlocky horror, dank yaoi, and our pet weenie dogs. You may purchase our art so we can buy food for our cats, dogs, and chickens. 😺🐶🐔

Our zines, stickers, and postcards are DIY printed and cut in our home studio. We print on Canon and Red River photo paper, and use a Canon IP8720 inkjet printer. With our home studio, we also help our friends, like spillingdown, print stickers and postcards for their store as well. If you purchase from their store, let me know in an order note and we can combine shipping costs.

Packaging:

We lovingly pack all of our orders by hand. Because we use recycled envelopes, you may get your order in a off-brand bubble mailer or older packaging from bulk deadstock we thrifted. Our packages tend to be plain single-color envelopes if they're not off-brand bubble mailers.

We have pets in our house, so please be aware if you are allergic to cats or dogs!

Orders are packed on weekends, and shipped out via USPS on Monday. We usually pack once a week. Sometimes if we're busy, we'll pack every 2 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges:

If anything ever goes wrong with your mail like an incorrect or missing item, please contact us and we'll do our best to rectify certain inequities.

Missing orders (hasn't arrived after a month):

  • If you purchased tracked + insured shipping, email me with your order number and I will contact USPS for you to look for the lost mail. If it's lost for good, I will use the shipping insurance to send the package again.
  • If you purchased untracked stamp shipping, I can send the order again if you pay for shipping.

Incorrect Address:

  • If I wrote your address wrong on stamp mail, I will resend your package at my own cost.
  • For tracked + insured shipping, I send to the exact address that you input onto my site. Please double-check to make sure it is the correct address! If your mail is sent back to me because you entered your address wrong, I will ask you to purchase shipping to send it again to the corrected address.
