Refund/cancellation policy
If you have purchased something and wish to cancel the order, please do so before I ship it out. After I have shipped your order out and payed for tracking, I can cancel the shipment but there are no refunds.
I offer exchanges for clothes that don't fit, if they are still in stock. Please message me in this case. If the item is no longer in stock, I will accept a return and give a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
For other art goods, such as original art, comics, prints, pillowcases, and stickers, I do not accept refunds. I will happily send replacements for items that may have been damaged during shipping.
I can not replace original art.
The post office lost the order!
Unfortunately, this kind of thing happens every so often. Especially during COVID. If you have not recieved your package, and the post office said they lost it, I can offer you a couple choices:
- I can refund your order minus the shipping cost.

For stickers and small print orders under $20, I can send another package out via stamped mail.

For larger orders over $20, I can send another package out if you pay 50% of the order cost to cover my production costs. You may wish to purchase upgraded shipping (pricing depends on what USPS option you choose) if you need the item by a specific deadline.
My order is missing an item!
Oh no! Please email contact@scumsuck.com with your order number and what was missing, and I'll replace them as soon as possible.
